Are you an experienced HR Business Partner with good exposure on Health & Well-being and Staff engagement?
My client is a growing education body and they are now looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to come on board and run a project for the period of 1 Month. You will be responsible for overseeing the research, coming up with a strategy approach, linking to people strategy and delivery plan.
You will provide pragmatic HR guidance and support to the business based on policies and HR best practice whilst understanding and communicating any commercial risks and / or benefits of proposed action.
It is essential that you have a proven background with project work, Health & Well-being and Staff engagement, and are comfortable to do so as an individual.
You will manage the process whilst working closely with the HR Director & CEO.
HR Business Partner – The Person
·Essential you have CIPD membership , ideally chartered or equivalent HR qualification
·Essential that you have excellent knowledge of UK employment legislation and its application.
·A strong communicator with the ability to build productive working relationships
·Experience of Employee Relations across a unionised environment would be advantageous but not essential.
·Proven background in Health & Well-being and Staff Engagement project .
·Ability to work with people in all areas of the business
·Confident, good influential skills and delivers results.
