Senior HR Administrator
Page Personnel HR are working with a not-for-profit organisation who are seeking a Senior HR Administrator to join and support a busy team on a temporary basis for at least the next three months. The role will involve working from home until offices open back up in early summer. Offices are based in Oldham.
Our client are a large not-for-profit organisation who need additional support within their HR team on a temporary basis. They are recruiting for a Senior HR Administrator for a three month minimum assignment to assist with new starter administration and maintaining HR systems. The role will involve home working but will be expected to return to the office in Oldham in early summer.
The key responsibilities for the Senior HR Administrator are end-to-end administration processes, processing new starter paperwork, conducting relevant checks, obtaining right to works, maintaining employee records, utilising HR systems, processing invoices and providing a good customer service to the company's employees. Offices are based in Oldham but the role will mainly be working from home.
The successful candidate will have/be:
- previous experience in a similar role
- familiar with HR systems
- computer literate with MS Office
- excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- meticulous attention to detail
Our client offers a temporary ongoing contract for a minimum of 3 months, hourly rate based on salary £24.5K, 35 hours a week, working from home, all equipment provided.
