Talent Development Manager
We are currently partnering with a UK wide commercial business to recruit a Talent Development Manager to help them drive forward their L&D offering.
Working with senior stakeholders in the business, you will review the current learning and development offering, develop new programmes and embed these into the business. Reviewing current skills gap analysis you will also design and develop programmes that ensure the organisation has appropriate talent plans in place. You will also design and lead on both the graduate and apprenticeship schemes, ensuring that appropriate levy's are utilised.
We are looking for an experienced Talent or L&D professional who has experience in designing and developing talent programmes. This is a commercially focused organisation who are looking for someone that can implement new ideas and initiatives and really help to drive forward their people plans.
