A growing business, operating across multiple sites in the UK. With ambitious growth plans, and a recent restructure, they are looking to secure an HR Manager for 6 months, with a view to a permanent role being offered.
Description
The role will include
Lead and manage the existing team
Influence senior stakeholders
Manage HR systems following recent implementation
Work to improve and maintain existing HR metrics.
Profile
We are looking for someone with
Strong generalist experience
The ability to develop those within the team
Experience of HR systems
Gravitas required to influence senior stakeholders.
Job Offer
A six month contract at a competitive rate, with the option to look at a permanent one at the end of the contract
