They successfully continued their growth agenda in 2020 and are now planning an exciting evolution in their People Agenda driven by new technologies and ways of working. With current numbers currently standing at over 2,000, they are unique in their space, disrupting how this industry works and creating something truly amazing.

Reporting into the COO, the role of Head of People Operations will transform the way transactional HR is currently delivered across this business. With People Partners, HR Administration teams and other specialist areas reporting into this person, the challenge is to raise yet further the quality and efficiency of service levels to the business via new digital systems, processes and smoother workflows.

This new role will lead the People Operations team, pushing the status quo as a thought leader and catalyst for continuous HR improvement.

They are at the very beginning of their transition, so this individual needs to be ready to progress and embed the change programme at pace, whilst keeping day to day workflows moving.

Headline success factors include:

  • Strong focus upon technology, systems and process to raise service levels

The successful candidate will have the experience, intellectual rigour and aptitude to deliver the future 'route map'. Key qualities will include:

  • Accomplished, visionary with a practical, pragmatic edge.
  • An ability to nurture and coach an ambitious and vibrant People Ops team
  • An impactful and natural leader.
