Based in Thorpe Park on a full time basis with some home working you will provide administrative support to the Head of HR.
This is a full time role reporting to the Head of HR. You will work on a permanent basis as the HR Administrator for the business which has circa 160 staff managing all of their administration to support HR, ER, Recruitment and L&D. The role is offering both home and office based working and will provide someone fantastic exposure.
You will manage the full employee life cycle, produce reports, note take in meetings and support with back log of recruitment.
This is a broad and varied role supporting across the board and working closely with the Head of HR.
CIPD level 3 or degree in a releavnt subject
HR Administration experience
Able to work in the office in Thorpe Park where needed
