Your new role
You will be supporting operational teams to deliver the people agenda. Managing a small team of advisers you will ensure that a great service is delivered to the organisation on all people matters. A full generalist role, you will engage with leaders across multiple sites and oversee ER casework, assisting with recruitment and talent planning and training line managers. You will also oversee any change activity within your client group such as restructures or TUPE.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who has managed the full employee lifecycle and is able to engage with senior stakeholders. Experience of a regional or multi-site role would be advantageous.
