On a full time and permanent basis, you will report into the Head of HR and manage from top to bottom all of the law graduate recruitment and graduate recruitment schemes in the business.
Medium sized Law Firm based in Leeds
This is a full time role working both from home and on site managing the full recruitment and selection of their trainee solicitors. You will attend university fairs and build a network of students discussing the companies trainee scheme with potential and prospective students. You will ensure that talent attraction is maintained and kept up to date; social media sites, websites etc. You will ensure that a talent pool is maintained and ensure the candidate journey is first class.
Additionally, you will screen candidates and interview candidates for the trainee schemes whilst planning and delivering assessment centres. You will ensure candidates have feedback throughout the process and manage applications through the ATS.
You will plan and implement the summer placement schemes and the welfare/ journey of those who join the trainee-ship. You will ensure that they are moving through the scheme comfortably, have progress conversations, discuss feedback, arrange social events etc.
Knowledge of graduate recruitment/ trainee-ships in the legal/ financial services world is essential
Able to present and deliver in a client facing role
Strong recruitment/ resourcing background
