You will work with Head office and a range of skilled employees on
- Employee Relations
- Recruitment
- Talent Management
Profile
You will be free to join our client who is based in Gillingham, Kent.
You will need to demonstrate that you have experience:
- Working as a Business Partner or Senior Hr Advisor
- Working on a range of Employee Relations issues
- Working in a unionised environment
- Working on recruitment projects
You should be able to demonstrate experience in one of the following sectors - manufacturing / engineering / Logistics / The Public Sector or within a Government Organisations
You must be able to being the contract at the beginning of May 2021
