HR Shared Service Lead - 6 month FTC
Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting our client in their search for a new HR Shared Services Manager to work in their new Employee Relations hub on an initial 6 month contract.
You will have prior experience in a similar role and be experienced in taking a business through change in their HR function and practices.
Spanning a headcount of over 50,000employees you will be familiar with a business of similar size and scale and be keen to make your mark in a fast paced commercial business
As the Service Excellent Lead you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of this centralised service and you will be the key lead on reviewing and embedding best working practice that will deliver a top level service.
This is a brand new role and so it is key that you are confident in identifying areas of improvement in order to deliver operational goals and ensure that an efficient and consistent ER process is met.
You will lead on all business process mapping to deliver changes or capture newly added processes so it is essential that you have a proven background in leading this type of business improvement activity.
You will be supporting the ongoing enhancement of case management tools and also be the lead on any new technical roll outs within the HR advisory team. Working with the MI team you will need to pull together all statistical MI data and review Service level agreements, reporting on any variances.
Ultimately you will be the subject matter expert for lean processes within the ER Hub and HR function.
- Absolutely essential that you have a proven background in leading a shared service function.

- Strong experience across collating and preparing MI data is key
- A clear understanding of implementing continuous improvement and lean methodologies
