Role Purpose :
To lead on strategic and operational HR activity across the assigned area/Group, play a key role in the overall delivery of strategic and operational HR activities and contribute to the development of the HR Department as a whole. Responsible for designing and delivering of the strategic and operational HR plan for the assigned area of responsibility.
To lead on the development, planning and implementation of National, Regional, Place-based HR change initiatives and programmes, including development and implementation of effective policies which best fit the needs of a successful and developing organisation.
Manage staff within the HR Operations Team and the HR Admin Team in order to ensure the effective operation of the team and seamless patient focussed delivery of the service across the Trust.
The role is based fully on site at Bradford for the whole working week.
