Job Title: Resourcing Advisor

Location: home-based but should be able to get to offices in Peterborough from time to time

Contract type: Fixed Term Contract for 12 months initially

Reward: Salary of circa £30k

Start: ASAP/Immediate

What will be keeping you busy?

You will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process and this includes tasks like posting job adverts, booking in interviews, collating relevant employment documents, scanning interview notes, responding to candidates and agencies, etc.

The client would also like you to conduct a review of recruitment processes for key positions and make suggestions for and implement improvements to create efficiencies.

They want someone with a strong grasp of direct sourcing activities to proactively increase the number of direct candidates they secure using both LinkedIn and Job Boards.

You will also assist in the set-up of new schemes, including recruiting staff, induction training, assist in the implementation of procedures and a new talent management application and any general assistance as required.

You will be a point of contact and will be responsible for general communication with Management teams and onsite staff in regards to recruitment matters.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with good direct sourcing experience gained internally. We are not looking for specific industry experience but if you have worked in a manufacturing business then that would be great. Above all we need someone that is engaging and that can help our client recruit a number of roles over the coming months.

You will have a clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process and you should be able to demonstrate a clear return on investment on the work that you have done for previous employers.

This is a lovely business and cultural fit will be important regardless of the fact that this is a contract role. People here work at pace and they are passionate about what they do. If you are hard-working and able to work with good humour then you could be a great fit for this role.
