NEW L&D / Training Coordinator job in Leeds / Working from home
A new L&D job has become available within a very supportive Human Resources department of a large, professional services organisation in Leeds.
Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager you will be assisting and providing temporary cover for the L&D team, during a period of change. You will be the first point of contact for all internal and external training enquires and be responsible for coordinating all aspects of training delivery across the office network. This role involves a variety of delivery, coordination and administration duties including sourcing and scheduling events through to collating the feedback, providing an evaluation on the training success and uploading certificates of achievement. You will have experience of using different learning management systems, and have developed; training modules, surveys and reports to feed into the business plan. Using your knowledge of training and learning theories you will be responsible for engaging, improving, and working closely with internal stakeholders, to complete learning analyses to identify their learning and development needs. You will have the opportunity to work closely with different teams and stakeholders to ensure the development outcomes of the people plan are achieved.
