Global B2B services company that holds a prominent position in the oil & gas market. Their headquarters are in the USA and they employ c5,000 employees. They operate across several sectors and have a diverse customer base across EMEA and the USA in particular.
As the HR Business Partner you join an established, high performing people team, partner with CoE and report to the EMEA HRD. You will work closely with three business units across EMEA including Corporate Functions, Sales and Logistics and will support the business on all people matters, notably linked to organisational effectiveness. You will work on talent development, succession planning as well as new market entry and growth plans. You will partner with Corporate and Functional Leads as well as Trade Unions (for the Logistics business) and work in an international, fast paced business environment.
The successful HR Business Partner will have proven experience of working with both corporate populations and operative / site based, unionised customer groups, and will ideally worked across EMEA and Asia. It is highly likely that the HR Business Partner will be accomplished in working with the TU's or Works Councils. In addition, experience of working in the oil & gas or industrial services sector will be well received. Client experience aside, the HR BP will be able to illustrate excellent influencing and relationship building skills.
