HR Business Partner
Operational and strategic opportunity to join a leading manufacturing brand based in Bradford on a 12 month FTC
This is a full blended working HRBP opportunity to work on a full time basis for 12 months. Reporting to the HR Director you will hit the ground running managing operational work load to include training, recruitment and ER case management in addition to managing HR strategy.
You will support the back office service departments and external customer space business partnering with stakeholders in these spaces. You will support with an org design piece of project work and support with restructuring, salary reviews, job role profiles and comms.
This is a busy, hands on interim contract suitable to a proven HRBP.
HR Business Partnering experience
Experience with project work; organisation design
Background in contact centres/ customer services
12 month FTC working for a leading manufacturing brand
Salary of up to £40,000
