Your new role
As Interim Interim Next Generation Learning Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that the business has the skills it needs for the future. You will be responsible for building L&D pathways for future skills over the next 3-5 years using next generation learning methods such as Hackathons and MOOC etc as opposed to traditional blended learning approaches.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience of the next generational learning including building future skills L&D pathways as well as using Hackathon and MOOC as well as other methods of online learning to engage learners and to solve the businesses challenges. It is essential that you are immediately available to start a new role and can commit to an initial 3-4 month contract.
