Oakleaf Partnership are working with a large Professional Services firm looking to recruit a Reporting and Analytics Advisor. This is a permanent position.

Responsibilities include but are not exclusive to:

  • Responding to queries and issues with Workday Reporting
    * Assist building the Dashboard Capabilities within Workday to provide Executive Level Reporting
    * Working with HR on resolving data gaps/anomalies
    * Working with HR to provide reporting, analysis and data packs for business stake holders
    * Responding to ad-hoc reporting requests
    * Ensuring data security and confidentiality is maintained at all times
  • Support to HR team and business to improve usability and use of Workday, this would also include training support;

In order to be considered for this position:

  • Workday knowledge & experience using Workday reporting
    * Advanced Excel & reporting skills
    * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    * Ability to understand the HR customers' needs and translate them into reporting deliverables
    * Understanding of the key HR processes
    * Capable of multi-tasking and executing of multiple
