Currently recruiting a Interim HR Generalist for 3 months, based in Dundee for a global business.

  • To assist and support HRBPs with all employee relations issues including disciplinary, capability and grievance matters
  • To assist HRBPs and HR Director with project work as and when required
  • To contribute to Continuous Improvement of all HR related activity within the company


  • To manage recruitment of the appropriate quantity and quality of staff to meet business requirements
  • To liaise with recruitment providers to obtain best service at competitive prices
  • To support managers in effective and legally compliant recruitment practices



  • Graduate (or equivalent) with significant professional experience in an HR capacity in industry
  • Knowledge of the interpretation and application of employment law
  • Practical experience of a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • CIPD qualified or working towards qualification
  • Be a proactive, self-starter who can work with minimal supervision to achieve agreed objectives
  • Have the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels
  • Experience of working within HR in an unionised environment is desirable

The HR Advisor must be capable of carrying out a wide range of tasks and must be prepared to be flexible. The individual is required to:

  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, at all levels

  • Be responsive in line with re-prioritization as and when required
