Our client, a global banking organisation in the City, are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the permanent and contingent recruitment across the company on a 6 month basis until October 2021. Stakeholder management and relationship building will be key to deliver on hiring requirements.
- Partnering with HR Business Partners to support recruitment levels and need
- Posting and advertising job roles
- Corresponding with job applicants in a timely and professional manner
- Providing logistical support for interviews and meetings;
- Involvement in ad hoc projects
- Preparing materials for meetings and workshops
- Providing resource support for answering general recruitment enquiries.
- Prior experience in talent acquisition or human resources is beneficial
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Organised and solutions oriented approach.
