Our client, a global banking organisation in the City, are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the permanent and contingent recruitment across the company on a 6 month basis until October 2021. Stakeholder management and relationship building will be key to deliver on hiring requirements.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partnering with HR Business Partners to support recruitment levels and need
  • Posting and advertising job roles
  • Corresponding with job applicants in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing logistical support for interviews and meetings;
  • Involvement in ad hoc projects
  • Preparing materials for meetings and workshops
  • Providing resource support for answering general recruitment enquiries.

Key skills:

  • Prior experience in talent acquisition or human resources is beneficial
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
  • Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Organised and solutions oriented approach.
