Fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to provide a generalist HR service to a newly formed department within the organisation

Client Details

The client is a Public Sector organisation based in Worcester


As HR Business Partner you will;

  • Act as the HR Lead for a newly formed department within the organisation and provide a full generalist HR Partnering approach
  • Research, create and advise on contractual arrangements to ensure staff are on appropriate Terms and Conditions of Employment
  • Research, create and advise on use of clinical academic contracts and pay scales
  • Advise and support on end to end recruitment processes for the Medical Department
  • Support and coach people managers through complex HR issues
  • Proactive approach to Workforce Planning within the department
  • Work closely with Training and Development Manager to develop HR training sessions for staff and managers
  • Upskill managers to be able to provide informal and formal HR processes
  • Support senior HR management team on strategic HR projects


The successful candidate will be;

  • CIPD Level 7 qualified
  • Have significant HR Advisory experience within a large complex organisation
  • Previous experience within the NHS or a Medical School
  • Able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders

Job Offer

On offer for the successful candidate is;

  • Salary of up to £38k
  • Local Government Pension Scheme (c.15% employer contribution)
  • 37 hours per week, permanent role
  • 25 days holiday + BHs
