Global Data Analytics organisation is seeking a Senior HRBP to support their EMEA population. This role is a fixed term contract position for 6-9 months with a view to permanent for the right person.

The client is seeking someone who is able to manage:

  • European client group focusing on Germany, France, Italy and UK who are going through periods of change
  • Deliver projects focused on both talent management and workforce planning in line with the current period of change
  • Employee relations and performance management both in the UK and Europe
  • Partnering with your client group to ensure they are on track with their people strategy and guiding them through change management

Your profle:

  • Fluent in German with a strong HR Business Partnering profile in data centric businesses
  • An interest/ experience in delivering projects within workforce planning
  • Be available on little to no notice.
