A large public sector organisation with a variety of change projects happening at present are seeking some additional HR support.
Your new role
This is a Interim role to assist the Head of HR with a various projects around an ER bias.
In this role you will provide a senior HR/ER advisory service to stakeholders around both generalist and change management projects.
You will deliver a professional HR service for all the internal customers as a senior practitioner, participating in the wider development of an integrated HR Service offer across the organisation. Be involved in contributing to the delivery of a positive and effective employee relations framework , including contributing to people related policies, procedures and processes.
You will work on areas such as Business Strategy, Business Outcomes, Business Change, Customer Focus and HR Consultancy provision.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will have a solid background in senior generalist HR and ER experience - ideally from a Trade Union environment - and change management.
Ideally be CIPD Level 5 minimum qualified - or of alternative equivalent experience level.
Demonstrate excellent influencing and key stake holder management skills.
