HR Business Partner
On the hunt for 2 hands on HR Business Partners to join a financial services organisation based in Birmingham. These roles will be supporting on the day to day generalist duties with 1 direct report and lots of projects.
Our client is a UK based FS business based in Birmingham City Centre.
- HR lead on the projects, establishing HR processes, training the HR team, reviewing policies and consulting with the business to review and develop a high volume of new job descriptions.
- Leading on organisation restructures as required
- Leading on Policy Reviews
- Leading on L&D / development projects
- Supporting/managing the HR team with ad hoc business partnering work such as supporting senior stakeholder management/ senior level recruitment / selection processes, senior / complex case management / employment contract reviews.
The successful candidate will come from a financial services background and be a confident HRBP. You will happily manage a HR officer and be confident in on all areas of the day job as well as projects on the side.
