Interim HR Advisor
We are delighted to be recruiting for a large global employer based on the outskirts of Grimsby who are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their existing HR team to support them until the end of the year on an interim basis. Salary will be dependant on experience, c£30-35k.
Supporting a headcount of approx 350, you will work alongside another HR Business Partner and HR Manager and be a point of contact across the business, You will therefore have strong influencing skills and communication skills and be highly credible with senior operational stakeholders.
·The HR Advisor will support the HR Manager and HR BP in day to day operations, as they focus on key HR projects
·Lower level administrative support in HR Correspondences, notes in meetings, employee data and systems management
·Advice & Guidance on process, policies
·Support stakeholders with ER, in particular absence management
·Recruitment & On boarding
Team fit is key for this role so you must be a really hard worker and team player who is happy to roll their sleeves up and work towards creating a positive working environment. You will enjoy having fun at work but have a naturally professional approach to your style and relationship building.
Despite this being a fixed term contract, you will have the chance to get a wide breadth of exposure during this period getting exposure to all areas of the business.
You will preferably be available to start this contract immediately.
