A world leading technology organisation is looking for an experienced Snr HR Compliance, Inspection and Control Testing Manager to support their continued and rapid expansion. They will be part of a global team responsible for managing compliance programmes that include assessing and monitoring key HR and employment related risks in countries where the business is currently operating or wishes do business.

The focus of this role is to ensure that the systems and processes supporting the Global Employee Benefit Programs are fit for purpose and being delivered in the most efficient and effective way.
You will be part of a cross-functional team which will allow you to network across the business including different geographical regions and give you exposure to a wide range of stakeholders. As such experience across Operational Compliance, HR, Benefits and IT auditing is key. This is a sole contributor role however you will work closely with colleagues while also supervising a team of third party suppliers and vendors.

You will partner with the HR Risk and Compliance Benefits team to ensure continuous monitoring and testing programs (supported by data and metrics) are in place to measure the state of compliance and indicate any gaps or risks.
As this is a globally matrixed organisation you will need to be able to navigate the complexities and identify a full range of risks and controls related to regulatory compliance, policy and technology. Once these risks are identified you will report these findings to your key stakeholders, create recommendations and appropriate solutions that ensure the risks are mitigated.

The successful candidate will be an excellent writer who can succinctly communicate complicated issues in business terms. You will be a strong project manager and can manage variable resources, conduct your own inspections from beginning to end, often managing multiple projects at once. You will have strong risk management experience, including performing risk assessments and audits, designing controls, evaluating controls, measuring the state of compliance, prioritizing risk and have strong analytical skills with a proven history of analysing data and situations to identify meaningful observations. Additionally, a willingness to dive deep into your own inspection work and support other inspection activities is key.
You must also have the ability to travel up to 15-30% internationally.
