Are you an experienced HR transformation professional who has local government experience and a proven background in leading cultural change programmes.
if so then this could be of real interest.
Ashley Kate are pleased to be working with a client who are embarking on a positive transformation piece of work.
You will need to be available to work on a 12 month Fixed Term contract and you will be working alongside senior management in terms of implementing business changes.
A major piece of this project will be to look at ways of working and also culture change as the team relocate to new offices, so it is essential that you have led on similar projects.
You will need to develop processes and policies in line with changes nd support the term in terms of the transition piece.
