Currently on the look out for Reward Specialists happy in a 12 month FTC. This role will partner the people team and requires a subject matter expert to cover all areas of Reward.
The business is a global, professional consultancy with offices all over but a headquarters in Birmingham. A fantastic organisation with a matrix structure.
DescriptionPartner with the People Teams to provide advance and guidance to solve reward issues across the business and lead on delivery of solutions.Manage the end to end operational delivery of the annual salary review processManage the external market benchmarking process collaborating with the Resourcing team to provide insight and guidance on pay levels to leaders for existing and future roles/skills across the organisation.Collaborate closely with the Pay Strategy project Assess what the regional needs are for the annual salary review system Provide subject mater expertise for the implementation of the new global people system.Manage the implementation of Gender and Ethnicity Pay Reporting as part of the diversity strategy.Manage the development and delivery of Total Reward Statements.
The successful candidate will be a team player who is curious and resilient to research and make a big change with the entire reward strategy as a whole. You will be comfortable with getting in to the detail, analytical and digitally savvy. You will also have experience working in a large organisation, preferably matrix style structure.
A competitive salary paying up to £60,000 and flexible working
