Oakleaf Partnershipare supporting a globally recognised strategy house, to hire an Interim L&D Assistant to join this global team. It's an additional role as they are so busy- a great opportunity to work for a a leading firm.

As part of the team you will be providing learning and development support for c1200 consultants and supporting staff across 3 key international locations, including London

You will:

* Work with L&D Co-ordinators and L&D Assistant to plan and manage training programs for consulting staff

* Support L&D Co-ordinators to manage the onboarding program for new joiners

* Keep the Learning Management System up to date, create courses, classes and update training attendance in the system

* Reporting on attendance and feedback

* Assist during virtual training sessions

* Co-manage L&D Inbox and respond to training enquiries

YOU'RE GOOD AT: * Attention to detail * Organisation and time management * Strong interpersonal skills * Able to work autonomously * Strategic and analytical thinking, problem solving

To be considered you will most likely have 6 months- 1 year experience (within HR Administration, L&D Adminsitration, Recruitment etc). This role will start immediately and will be PAYE only, via Oakleaf Payroll
