The client is a sector leading organisation in the Midlands
Description
As HR and Payroll Manager you will be responsible for;
- Lead the HR Operations function including line management
- Lead the Payroll function including line management
- Prepare reports for management
- Promote a customer centric service within the function
- Identify areas for improvement
Profile
The successful candidate will have both Payroll and HR experience including managing teams. They will also have some sort of professional Payroll qualification, excellent communication skills and able to build robust relationships.
Job Offer
On offer for the successful candidate is a permanent role with salary of c. £40k - £50k DOE plus excellent benefits.
