Ashley Kate are delighted to be partnering with a truly exciting and growing organisation in their search for a Internal Recruiter/Talent Advisor to support them within their continued growth.
Reporting to the Head of People you will manage the recruitment life cycle ensuring that my client hire the best people, whilst giving them an unrivalled candidate experience. You will have a strong focus on execution as this is a very hands-on role with plenty of administration; you will be sourcing/headhunting candidates, checking job descriptions, interviewing, and making administrative arrangements. Ideally you will be a creative person, able to identify new opportunities for candidate sourcing and improving the existing recruitment processes. As a key member of the People Team you will partner with Team Leads to recruit the highest quality candidates, holding managers accountable for a thoughtful, objective interview process.
Main duties –
Undertake full-cycle recruitment administration.
Source and attract the highest quality candidates from a variety of channels and screen inbound applications.
Deliver an elite candidate experience.
Coordinate and participate in interviews.
Fine-tune our interview structures and recruiting processes.
Help build and promote an enviable employer brand including support with social media accounts and events that attract a diverse set of candidates.
Develop and deliver recruitment training.
Skills/experience –
Experience of recruiting for tech or engineering positions is essential with a good understanding of the role requirements and hiring for niche positions.
Ideally, experience in an internal talent role delivering a full-cycle recruitment service but experience Engineering/Tech recruiters will also be considered.
Excellent IT skills, including but not limited to MS Office, ATS and HRIS systems.
Proven experience dealing successfully with ambiguity or changing priorities.
A highly organised individual who can manage a jam-packed calendar.
A self-starter, with minimal oversight needed to complete assignments and a proactive approach.
This role is advertised as full-time but we want to hire the best person and would therefore consider part-time options.
