Interim HR Operations Partner (Home Based)
Ashley Kate HR & Finance and recruiting for a HR Operations Partner required for a fixed term contract for a 6 month period for one of our biggest clients in the UK.

If yes, we are keen to hear from you. The HR Operations Partner will support a business unit with up to 1400 head count. Reporting to a HRBP and working within a team of Ops Partners, this candidate will be responsible for managing a number of internal stakeholders in a fast paced role.
The position is home based, but you will be required on occasion to travel within the North West & Yorkshire.
·Support and offer a wide range of Advice and Guidance on a wide range of employee relations cases to include complex situations
·Support and contribute the roll out of the business people plan, working collaboratively with other HR services as appropriate
·Identify trends across a wide range of HR Metrics and contribute to offering solutions focused action plan
·Manage Employment tribunals and settlement agreements liaising with legal teams and business Managers
·Change & project work around restructuring, change management, Group HR initiatives, talent development, employee engagement
To be considered for this interim role you will be a highly experienced and CIPD qualified hr Generalist with experience in managing change programmes. You will be a strong communicator, able to build credible and influential relationships with your stakeholders across multiple sites and be able to maintain strong relationships in a work from home environment. you will be immediately available to start!
