Ashley Kate are pleased to be partnering with a leading client on an urgent temporary Recruitment Coordinator role. This role will be working from home however you must be based in the Birmingham/Worcestershire area.
Supporting the wider Recruitment team across all aspect of Recruitment, especially building relationships with the hiring managers. You must be an experienced HR Generalist and comfortable managing your own case load as well as covering the end-to-end of recruitment duties.
You will be involved in a fast paced working environment.
You will be working closely with the Recruitment Manager and building the brand locally for future opportunities.
As this client is going though a big drive on recruitment within the business there will be a wide range of roles to recruit for.
If you are a driven HR professional with a can do attitude then this would be a great role and business to be part of.
Recruitment Coordinator - About you
Ideally you will be CIPD qualified or studying towards
You must have a proven HR generalist background
Comfortable with HRIS and also Word & Excel
Absolutely essential that you are happy to lead and do the associated administrative side.
Strong UK Employment knowledge is absolutely essential.
