Reward Manager - 12month FTC

I am working with a major professional services client to recruit an Interim Reward Manager for a maternity cover.

This is a urgent role, starting ASAP

Client Details

Major consultancy business, specialising in the construction industry. London based.

5 heads in Reward team, this role reports into Head of Reward.

Description

Accountabilities:

  • Partner with the People Teams to provide advance and guidance to solve reward issues across the business and lead on delivery of solutions.
  • Manage the end to end operational delivery of the annual salary review process, working closely across the People function.
  • Manage the external market benchmarking process collaborating with the Resourcing team to provide insight and guidance on pay levels to leaders for existing and future roles/skills across the organisation. Collaborate across the People team to embed and strengthen understanding of market position and build business confidence in the firm's approach.
  • Collaborate closely with the Pay Strategy project to ensure that the outputs are operationalised for the next annual salary review.
  • Collaborate across the People function to assess what the regional needs are for the annual salary review system and collaborate with the Global reward team on developments.
  • Provide subject mater expertise for the implementation of the new global people system.
  • Manage the implementation of Gender and Ethnicity Pay Reporting as part of the diversity strategy.
  • Manage the development and delivery of Total Reward Statements.
  • Oversea the regional implementation of the Global Profit Share arrangement.
  • Ensure proper reward governance, controls and processes are maintained and improved in conjunction with the People Services Team.

Profile

Reward Manager - 12month FTC

Strong Reward professional with at least 4-5 years experience delivering full comp cycles.

Professional services backgrounds preferred.
