Learning Manager - Diversity & Inclusion - 6 month FTC

Oakleaf are working with a fantastic and forward thinking company who are looking or a Learning Manager - Diversity & Inclusion.

In this role they are looking for you to work closely with the Head of HR and business partners to

enhance and deliver the business strategy for a better colleague cultural experience around learning and inclusivity. They want you to be a passionate about Diversity and Inclusion and match the company's ambitions to become a more inclusive and more diverse culture encouraging continuous development.

The role is on a 6 Month FTC - Paying between £35,000- £40,000

Responsibilities of the Job:

  • Enhance our Diversity and Inclusion plan to ensure it is best practice and lead progress in achieving clear milestones and deliverables, measuring success and holding ourselves to account;
  • Drive interventions and programmes cross teams and geographies in a way that looks to embed inclusive processes, procedures, interactions and behaviours as habit;
  • Partner with our employee DEI Committee to stress test ideas and build a network of champions for our DEI change moving forwards;
  • Organise and deliver global celebration events around DEI to raise awareness and build allyship, aligning with our marketing team on both internal and external communications;
  • Create and curate learning content either independently, or working with internal or external stakeholders, focussing on the technical and behavioural skills required for effective performance;
  • Manage the strategy for training creation and delivery, ensuring it is focussing on the skill areas most aligned with delivering the organisations growth goals - tailored to level and specialism where required;
  • Facilitate or co-facilitate training workshops, classroom or online, regularly across the business
  • Upskill the training facilitation skills of our internal trainers across the business;
  • Ensure that our e-learning talent hub is maximised as a place to access learning content and request personal or team learning interventions;
  • Use data to build support for change across both learning and inclusion, as well as a way of measuring progress and value add;
  • Communicate progress regularly with employees so that we can bring them on the journey;
  • Support the Talent Advisor to build an inclusive attraction and selection strategy and process;
  • Work with the HRBPs to review the company's talent identification and succession management processes to ensure we are developing pipelines for critical roles across our specialisms;
  • Work with the HRBPs to review the company's performance management process to ensure it is effective and inclusive;

To be successful for the role you Must Have:

  • Clear proven ability in the creation, curation and facilitation of learning content
  • Proven interest and track record in building diverse, equal and inclusion cultures
  • Hands-on approach, driving progress with experience managing projects end to end
  • Ability to influence people at all levels in order to build support and drive change
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, independently and as part of a team
