HR Analyst - South Yorkshire with some remote working - circa £40000 plus bens DOE
Your new company
A expanding and constantly internally improving organisation based in South Yorkshire are looking to expand their team and HR provision by recruiting a new HR Analyst to create and report on HR and people KPIs and information of this national business.
Your new role
This is a varied role within HR MI and Analytics - responsible for creating and improving HR MI, Metrics, Dashboards and reporting - to give the organisation a true overview of the "people issues" and i improvements required.
You will also take control of the benefits offering and platform of the business - liaising with HR and Payroll stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will have a solid background in HR and HRMI, analytics and reporting aswell as ideally some payroll/benefits administration experience.
Excellent advanced Excel skills aswell as HR data analysis, manipulation, reporting experience.
Some experience of HRIS improvements and project work would be beneficial.
