My client, a global financial services business based in the city of London, are looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join their HR team. This will be a broad strategic and operational role in a high touch environment.
It is critical this individual is experienced and comfortable in dealing with all aspects of compensation, benefits, talent management, employee relations, performance and career development processes (including reviews, training, leadership development, executive, coaching, etc.) as well as general administration (legal documentation, local employment laws, etc.). Given the culture of the firm, this individual must be prepared to "roll up their sleeves".Build relationships with Senior Management and employees across London and APAC
Manage legal risks in relation to employment issues
Develop policies and procedures relating to HRLiaise with external third party service providers to ensure the best possible service, advice and cost effectiveness

Strong leadership skills and ability to direct a team of HR professionals at the Associate levelExperience of the Senior Managers' Certification Regime and GDPR is helpful
Initially a 12 month FTC with potential for extension as the most senior member of the HR department. Competitive salary and bonus potential on offer. May/June 2021 start date.
