Ashley Kate are pleased to be partnering with a leading client on a new HRIS Manager role. Reporting to the HR Director you will be responsible for maximising the group's HR & Payroll systems and data., ensuring continuous improvement of HR processes and information management.
Managing a HRIS officer you will be responsible for coordinating resources in order to successfully deliver projects along with being the technical lead on all systems projects. This will include process implementation, system upgrades, testing and integration along with any system testing.
You will be the lead across developing and maintaining HR SharePoint and all associated libraries and document storage. You will collate KPI's and management information and provide detailed analysis on all HR data as needed.
It will be the HRIS Manager responsibility to manage all system governance and provide first line support across the group, ensuring all GDPR and Group processes, policies and guidelines are adhered to. Working collaboratively with the other business directorates you will be the lead on providing a service to employees whilst promoting HR data integrity across the organisation.
HRIS Manager - About you.
It is absolutely essential you have a proven background of managing an integrated HR & Payroll system.
Ideally you will have a Prince2 qualification and I.T qualification.
You will need to have experience in system procurement and implementation
Ideally you will have advanced experience with data manipulation and integration (e.g SQL)
Experience of configuring SharePoint sites and document libraries will be highly advantageous
Strong analytical skills are key along with excellent presentation skills and knowledge of benefit and payroll processing.
This role will be based from home, however you will need to live in a commutable distance to the offices in Solihull
