Our client, a highly regarded organisation UK wide are seeking to recruit a homebased role, HR Business Partner for their south region.

Over the last year our client has and continues to adopt flexible working practices and understands how technically advanced they have become. Although this is a regional role looking after the south region this organisation recognises that this role will not be out on the road everyday and this role will undertake the advantages of virtual communication, now and into the future. This organisation does not believe in presenteeism, its based around your outputs. This role offers a base salary, car allowance and bonus, plus other benefits.

The purpose of the role is to partner the management team to support and advise on all aspects of people management and employee welfare requirements. As a people champion, the role of the HRBP support and anticipate people related needs from managing performance, development planning, employee relations, restructuring, change management, absence management, support with the integration of acquisitions and recruitment support. They proactively communicate with the central HR Team and the Operational Management Team to develop integrated solutions to ways of working.

Key Accountabilities:

Provide operational HR advice and support contributing in the delivery of organisations objectives and vision.
Management of all employee relations issues
Work alongside the operational management team to support them in people management, engagement, performance management, employee wellbeing and welfare, change management and recruitment and retention.
To successfully integrate new businesses and employees
This role will champion the People Feedback survey and support the action planning from the outcomes. It will support employee welfare and wellbeing activities and promote the Employee Charter, vision and values and standards of the organisation. Lead by example, inspiring improvement in others, achieving results through communication, collaboration and motivation and support the reward and recognition initiatives companywide identifying areas for opportunity/improvement
This role will manage the TUPE, integration and administration of new businesses acquired by the organisation.

The candidate

Outgoing and communicative
Experience in a HR Business Partner role
Educated to a minimum of 'A' level standard or CPP
Preferably CIPD qualified or working towards the qualification
