Oakleaf partnership are currently supporting a global technology organisation who have an opportunity for a Benefits Manager to join the team.
As the Benefits Manager you will be responsible for the EMEA region and your responsibilities will include:
* Designing and implementing benefits across EMEA
* Constantly reviewing benefits and ensuring that the business is providing the highest possible benefits offering to its employees
* Developing and managing relationships with vendors and third party providers
* Ensuring all benefits are communicated to the business
We are looking for someone with a strong background in benefits, who has worked on an international basis and is comfortable working in a stand alone role.
