New requirement for Interim Talent Manager for a client in Oxford.
Remit will include managing the talent cycle processes (performance management/objective setting, talent review of existing workforce, and workforce planning) and project support around job architecture/reviewing JDs.
Your experience will include use of talent assessment tools, workforce planning, and talent mobility.
Initially for 3-6 months and then reviewed. To start ASAP.

    • Workforce planning
      • New roles
  • Project support (April, May, June)
    • Korn Ferry - Job architecture
    • Job description review

This role offers strong home-working opportunities, but you will need to visit the Oxford office occasionally.
