Group Learning and Development Manager
Oakleaf are proud to be supporting a global food production company in their search or a Group Learning and Development Manager.
Based in the in the London HQ as the 'home' location, this role will focus on meeting the capability building needs of the company as defined by the business and HR strategy and informed by the feedback and experience of the employees. The role will build on and strengthen existing foundations and best practice, and the technology that underpins this (Cornerstone LMS).
Supported by three direct reports, this role will need to coach, develop and grow a community of L&D expertise across the company (mainly in HRBPs, Capability Leads and Managers) to ensure to ensure best practice is embedded in all locations, including new acquisitions, ensuring a consistent and professional approach everywhere.
