Oakleaf are proud to be partnering a large pan-European FMCG business in their search for a Group Performance and Talent Manager. This role will sit in the CoE and help build capability across the business.
This role will focus on meeting the employee engagement, performance and talent needs of the company as defined by the business and HR strategy and informed by the feedback and experience of the employees. The role will build on and strengthen existing foundations and best practice, and the technology that underpins this (Success Factors PMGM and CDSM modules).
Supported by one direct report, this role will need to coach, develop and grow a community of engagement, performance and talent expertise across the company (mainly in HRBPs and Managers) to ensure best practice is embedded in all locations, including new acquisitions, ensuring a consistent and professional approach everywhere.
