Oakleaf are pleased to be partnering with a global FMCG business supporting them in their search for a Learning Design Lead.
In this role, you will be responsible for learning design as part of the key strategic, cross-functional projects and programmes as well as through core portfolio of global L&D solutions. This role is a subject-matter expert for learning, providing advice and guidance for outstanding learning solutions to drive a culture of learning.
Key Responsibilities:Works with senior stakeholders, learners and subject matter authorities to identify tangible learning needs linked to real business outcomesDesigns learning solutions that are contextually relevant, pedagogically engaging, impactful and effective; using the science of how adults learnUses data, analyzes learner needs and trends to identify insights for better design and engagementLeads as a project manager to build and coordinate end-to-end plans for design, production and communication - using agile cycles and involving learners throughoutIs responsible for the development and production of diverse learning resources and solutions using internal/external capabilities (including vendor management where necessary)Runs the production process with SMEs to ensure validation of content and flowWorks with the Learner Engagement Lead to promote learning initiatives to boost engagement, adoption and consumptionActs as a subject matter authority, advising diverse stakeholders on the best approach to implement learning solutions that respond to business outcomes
