Employee Relations Manager (Interim)

I am currently recruiting for an experienced ER Professional to join a well established non-profit organisation based in North London on an interim basis.
Your new role
You will be responsible for leading and developing a small ER team and the management of Employee Relations activities and projects across the organisation, ensuring best practice is in place. You will support and advise line managers on various ER matters including restructures, consultations and TUPE.
What you'll need to succeed
- Available immediately or on a short notice
- Strong employee relations experience, including restructures, redundancies, TUPE and re-deployment as well as good knowledge of ET processes
- Previous experience of managing/leading a team
- Experience of working in non-profit sector
