A global consulting firm based in London are recruiting for an HR Manager to join their team. You will be leading the HR function and partnering with the business to ensure the delivery of day-to-day HR activities. Reporting into the HR Director, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Providing strategic direction across a wide range of HR matters
- Partnering and influencing with different levels of the organisation
- Planning, managing and coordinating all HR initiatives
- Supporting current and future business needs through the development of their people
- Managing complex projects
