A specialist international law firm based in The City are looking for a HR & Recruitment Assistant to join their team. Providing support across all areas of HR and recruitment activity, responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Managing recruitment inbox
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment records and monitoring for GDPR compliance
  • Drafting weekly recruitment updates for offices
  • Arranging interviews across offices and liaising with recruiters and candidates
  • Preparing employment contracts and offer letters
  • Maintaining employee files, scheduling induction training and updating HR database
  • Assisting with annual renewals processes and adding new joiners to firm's policies
  • Monitoring probation periods and scheduling reviews
  • Maintaining holiday records
  • Providing monthly updates on payroll staff changes
  • Supporting on comp review processes

As HR & Recruitment Assistant, you will possess:

  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong senior stakeholder management
  • Experience working within a law firm
  • Relevant experience within HR & Recruitment
