A Management Consulting firm based in Central London are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team. Reporting into the Recruitment Manager, this role will have a focus on:
- Managing ATS and candidate pipelines, ensuring data is accurately entered and kept up to date
- Managing agency and candidate relationships
- Managing end to end recruitment i.e. liaising with candidates and agencies and interviewers to schedule interviews , gathering feedback, gaining offer approval, onboarding candidates, processing expenses
- Leading recruitment projects and initiatives
As Recruitment Coordinator, you will possess:
- Previous experience in a similar type role
- Strong education ideally to degree level
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail
