HR Advisor (Contract)

Our Peterborough client is looking for additional generalist HR support for the HR team for six months.

You need:

• To be available by end of April for 6 months – home-based ideally working 5-days per week but 4-days per week will be considered.
• To have a generalist HR background with experience of supporting line management through consultation process and the associated administration.
• To have the knowledge to assist with review of policies.
• To have a good understanding of employment law

The role will be based working from home initially, but you will need to attend occasional meetings in the office once lockdown restrictions are lifted.
