We are currently looking for an HR Administrator to join our HR team based in our Head Office in London.

The Role

 

As an HR Administrator, you will join our small and friendly HR team, providing effective administrative support.

You will be the first point of contact for general HR queries in support of our busy HR team, as well as co-ordinating the employee lifecycle across payroll and HR.

Additionally, you will administer and produce HR correspondence including leaving documents, contract changes, maternity, sickness and annual leave updates, and staff DBS checks.

Your other duties will include:

- Assisting the HR Business Partners and Advisors with casework

- Providing basic HR advice to managers and employees

- Ensuring all staff records are up to date

About You

To join us as an HR Administrator, you will need:

- Previous experience as an administrator in a busy, fast-paced office

- A sound understanding of employment legislation, best practice and HR policy and procedures

- Excellent IT and numeracy skills

- Good written and verbal communication skills
