Well established Manufacturing company based in Manchester. Seeking to recruit a professional HR & Training Manger on a permanent basis.
Your new role
Your new role will be a full generalist role and be responsible for the total HR & Training function supporting the progression and growth of the company's goals and ambitions. You will offer professional coaching, advise, and support for managers and supervisors with all generalist HR matters in line with policies, procedures, and legislation. You will also be responsible in leading on all training and development, identifying learning gaps, providing learning solutions and reporting the progress each month to the Operations Manager. It's a family business that has continued to thrive and grow over 30 years to a market leader. The role requires someone who is a confident communicator with excellent organisation skills to carry out the coordination and delivery of training programmes as well as supporting and coaching employees. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is ambitious and committed to providing a value added HR service.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in a similar HR role
- CIPD Qualified - Level 5
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong capability of managing all key HR processes
- Experience of managing training
- Competent knowledge of employment law and GDPR
